Why you should bother studying English

This morning, I saw a commercial for the Inogen portable oxygen concentrator. They had fancy graphics and an overall respectable look, but then this came on the screen: See that apostrophe in the word “it’s”? That is a contraction. What this sentence actually says is, “Makes it is own oxygen.” Way to go, inogen.
